In the first week of January my CAT results came out. I have not got any IIM calls. Things were much worse. DI percentile was as low as 70.

I am seeing all my efforts going into the drain. This has not happened many times. It is mostly with these competitive exams that I have this problem. Need to see what could be done to improve. I dont see any other course of action till next CAT. But what scares me is that i have to continue working @ this lousy place. Though the people here are good, work per se is very bad. We have just moved to mainframes and that is like greek and latin to me. Anything new will be that way, but what irks me is that this seems like a step taken backward in time. I realise how advanced As/400 was. Anyways still wondering what to do. I was very confident that this May would see the last working day @ IT for me. But destiny has willed otherwise, at least it looks so.
